The foundation for TCB Home Builders Corporation began when Carmen Goldberg engaged Dario Gedeon to renovate a property she owned in Brooklyn, New York. During that project, Carmen was impressed by Dario's professionalism, work ethic, accountability, and ability to coordinate contractors, schedules, materials, budgets, and the many details required to bring a construction project together successfully.
Recognizing that their individual strengths complemented one another, Carmen and Dario formed TCB Home Builders Corporation.
Dario brought his practical construction knowledge, field experience, contractor coordination, and project-management abilities to the company, while Carmen brought decades of corporate business experience, administrative leadership, financial oversight, telecommunications management, and organizational expertise.
Together, they developed TCB Home Builders Corporation with the goal of providing clients with dependable construction services backed by careful planning and responsible business management.

Dario Gedeon
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Dario Gedeon provides hands-on leadership in construction operations and project execution. His responsibilities include coordinating contractors and trades, evaluating project requirements, managing construction schedules, overseeing materials and workmanship, and helping move projects from initial planning through completion. His approach emphasizes accountability, practical problem-solving, quality workmanship, and attention to the details that determine the success of a construction project.
Carmen F. Goldberg
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO and co-owner, Carmen F. Goldberg oversees the company's financial, administrative, contractual, and organizational operations. Before entering the construction and real-estate industries, Carmen built a career in corporate America, including positions with organizations such as the Associated Press and Price Waterhouse and work supporting major financial institutions including Goldman Sachs and Lazard. Her background in corporate operations and telecommunications management provides TCB Home Builders Corporation with an additional level of organizational and financial oversight that complements the company's field construction experience.
From Construction to Property Ownership
TCB Home Builders Corporation's experience extends beyond renovation and contracting services into ground-up residential construction and real-estate ownership.
The company constructed a new approximately 2,700-square-foot single-family residence in Atlanta, Georgia, coordinating the project from development through completion. The completed home became an income-producing rental property owned by the corporation.
That experience strengthened the company's understanding of construction from an owner's perspective — including budgeting, material selection, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, property maintenance, and the importance of protecting the long-term value of a real-estate investment.
